Leadership

Promotion to Leadership is a personalized journey based on the salon's and team member's needs. This can look like hourly pay added to commission or a completely different role if a Coach decides they no longer wish to do hair but would like to stay in the industry and with our company. 

This promotion option is available to let our community, team, and future team members know that our we are growing  and our impact is growing as well! 

Each new crew member will begin as a specialist and work their way to whatever position they desire within the company with the guidance and mentorship from our leadership team!

Build your own bridal team with the help of Helia's leadership team,  Helia’s values, vision, and mission statements, holistic methods and leadership training.
